Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled photography session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with delivered work, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss potential solutions or refunds.

Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to delivered work. Please specify any requested changes within 7 days of receiving the final images. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our photography services, once digital files have been delivered and downloaded, refunds may not be available. We work to ensure client satisfaction before final delivery.
